Giraffa tippelskirchi genome sequencing, assembly and annotation

Whole genome sequencing, assembly and annotation of the Giraffa tippelskirchi (Masai giraffe) from a trio, part of the Ruminant T2T project.The giraffe tissues and part of the sequence data was provided by Douglas Cavener, supported by the Eberly College of Science and the Huck Insititute of the Life Sciences, Penn State University and from the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
