功能详解
 根据客户提供的起点，终点，中转点，进行多条线路的设置。并且根据设置的线路进行偏航，离线，停车进行实时通知服务。
 先订阅，后监控，订阅后 10 分钟生效。
 起始地坐标、目的地坐标，起始地区县编码，目的地区县编码：行政区划编码是必填，坐标为非必填，但若是填写坐标，则以坐标为准。若填写坐标，则默认半径为 3000 米。

Function Overview
- Set up multiple routes based on the starting point, destination and transfer points provided by customers, and provide real-time notifications for route deviation, device offline and vehicle parking in accordance with the configured routes.
- Monitoring service is only available after subscription, and the service will take effect 10 minutes after the subscription is completed.
- For starting point coordinates, destination coordinates, starting district/county code and destination district/county code: Administrative division codes are mandatory fields, while coordinates are optional. If coordinates are provided, the system will prioritize the coordinate information. When coordinates are filled in, the default monitoring radius is set to 3000 meters.
