City Policy Priority Neighbourhoods 2024-2030

The decree of 28/12/2023 establishes the new list of Priority Districts of the City Policy (QPV) in metropolitan France, applicable on 1 January 2024 subject to the signing of a City Contract “Quartiers 2030”. These are 21 QPVs out of 6 municipalities defined for the territory of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg for the period 2024-2030. Joint development of the city contract framework agreement is under way. Please note: the scopes of QPV 2024-2030 replace the perimeters of the previous period 2015-2023. Nevertheless, even after the signing of the framework agreement of the new City Contract, 2024 will be a transitional year for the application of certain measures or tools of the City Policy; on the other hand, the zoning of old QPVs may continue to produce certain rules, in particular as regards the production of social housing; for any question: take the commitment of the political project director of the city of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg.
