资源简介:
Male C57BL/6J mice were fed a casein-based low fat (LF) diet or Western diets (WDs) containing a mixture of lean seafood (seafood WD) or lean meat (meat WD). Glucose and insulin tolerance tests were performed after 10 and 11 weeks, respectively. After 12 weeks, mice were euthanized. Blood and tissues were sampled, and cecum content was collected. We tested meal preference and performed meal response tests to evaluate changes in postprandial glucose and C-peptide levels. We measured energy metabolism by indirect calorimetry, and spontaneous locomotor activity was recorded.
