Population-level impact of doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis on bacterial sexually transmitted infections: data and analysis code

This repository contains the aggregate monthly analytical dataset and statistical code used to reproduce the analyses and figures reported in Traeger MW et al., “Population-level impact of doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis on bacterial sexually transmitted infections,” Nature Health (2026) The dataset contains aggregate monthly data from January 2022 to December 2025 and contains no individual-level participant records. Stata code reproduces the primary and supplementary statistical analyses, and R code reproduces the main and supplementary figures. Full variable definitions and instructions for reproducing the analyses are provided in the accompanying README and data dictionary.
