The Mycobacteria Division of the INEI - ANLIS - Dr. Carlos G. Malbran receives clinical isolates from the National Laboratory Network of Argentina to perform identification and drug susceptibility testing of mycobacteria. Most of the isolates belong to Mycobacterium tuberculosis species. This project stores the WGS reads of isolates received during 2023.
