Untargeted metabolome and lipidome analysis in wild-type, LAP- and LIP-expressing cells

This folder contains three datasets:
1) untargeted metabolome analysis of 6 human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines (Calu-3, NCI-H2228, NCI-H1975, NCI-H1650, NCI-H441, NCI-H1395), wild-type, overexpressing the splicing isoforms LAP and LIP of the CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein (C/EBP)-β transcription factor. Data are mean values obtained from 4 independent replicates/each cell line (file:"Table S4_untargeted metabolome.xlsx");
2) untargeted lipidome analysis of whole-cell lysates from 6 human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines (Calu-3, NCI-H2228, NCI-H1975, NCI-H1650, NCI-H441, NCI-H1395), wild-type, overexpressing the splicing isoforms LAP and LIP of the CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein (C/EBP)-β transcription factor. Data are mean values obtained from 6 independent replicates/each cell line (file: "Table S5_untargeted lipidome whole cell.xlsx");
3) untargeted lipidome analysis of mitochondria-enriched extracts from 6 human non-small cell lung cancer cell lines (Calu-3, NCI-H2228, NCI-H1975, NCI-H1650, NCI-H441, NCI-H1395), wild-type, overexpressing the splicing isoforms LAP and LIP of the CCAAT/Enhancer Binding Protein (C/EBP)-β transcription factor.
