Affordability is defined as 12 times the monthly price divided by the "real adjusted gross disposable income of households per capita" of the previous year. Disposable income data come from Eurostat table <a href="http://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/tgm/table.do?tab=table&plugin=1&language=en&pcode=tec00113">tec00113</a>.
