Comparison of Transcriptomes of Wild Type and aan1∆ cells by Next Generation RNA Sequencing

We use RNAseq to compare the transcriptomes of wild type and aan1∆ cells to determine the mechanism behind AAN1 function in the actin cytoskeleton and lifespan. We find deleting AAN1 results in changes in expression of genes involved in branched-chain amino acid synthesis.
我们采用RNA测序(RNAseq)对比野生型与aan1Δ细胞的转录组,以解析AAN1在肌动蛋白细胞骨架及细胞寿命中发挥功能的分子机制。研究发现,敲除AAN1会导致支链氨基酸合成相关基因的表达发生改变。
