Microbial diversity amplicon sequencing is a research method that uses high-throughput sequencing technology to PCR amplify and sequence microbial characteristic sequences such as 16S, 18S and ITS. Such methods do not require the isolation and purification of microorganisms for cultivation, and rich microbial community research can be carried out based on the extracted total DNA, which has a very wide range of applications in various fields, such as medicine, industry, food, and environmental science. With this method genomic DNA was extracted from P.icosandra rhizosphere samples (T0-P, T1-P, T2-P, T3-P, T4-P, T5-P).
