To investigate the possible effects of fermented Astragalus membranaceus (FAM) on Tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). we quantitatively evaluated the microbial shifts in the intestines of Tiger grouper in response to different doses of FAM (0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 1%, 2%, 4%) using 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
