We processed multi-temporal images taken by Sentinel-1 satellite via using the persistent scatterer InSAR (PSInSAR) technique. With the constraints of continuous GNSS data, we estimated 2D (E-W and vertical) postseismic deformation rates for 3 years after the 2016 Meinong earthquake. For assessing the stability of public infrastructures, we propose the annual deformation tolerance ration (ADTR) which was converted by the 2D surface displacement velocities. 本研究采用永久散射体合成孔径雷达干涉测量(Persistent Scatterer InSAR, PSInSAR)技术,对Sentinel-1卫星采集的多时相合成孔径雷达影像进行了处理。依托连续全球导航卫星系统(Global Navigation Satellite System, GNSS)数据的约束,本研究估算得到2016年美浓地震后3年的二维(东西向与垂向)震后形变速率。为评估公共基础设施的稳定性,本研究提出了由二维地表位移速度转换得到的年形变容忍度(Annual Deformation Tolerance Ration, ADTR)指标。更多详细内容请参阅该论文:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.enggeo.2024.107827
