Pepper (Capsicum annuum) shuttle breeding and ideotype selection under organic/low-input agroforestry management (2024–2025)

This dataset contains trial data from pepper (Capsicum annuum) shuttle breeding and ideotype selection conducted under organic and low-input management conditions in an agroforestry environment during 2024 and 2025. The trial was led by the Polytechnic University of Coimbra as part of the Horizon Europe LiveSeeding project (T1.1 Dynamic Management of Plant Genetic Resources). The dataset includes agronomic and phenotypic evaluation data of pepper accessions, including yield performance, plant growth characteristics, vigour, uniformity, and resistance-related traits.
