Chromosome-level genome assembly of a Tibetan pig (Sus scrofa)

This dataset contains genome assembly and annotation resource files for SS-Tibetan-CAU_v1.0, a chromosome-level Tibetan pig genome assembly. The release includes the scaffold-level genome assembly, protein-coding gene annotation, CDS and protein sequences, repeat annotation, ncRNA annotation, functional annotation tables, file manifest, checksums and README documentation. The final assembly contains 90 sequences with a total length of 2,463,192,921 bp, including chr1–chr18, chrX, chrY and 70 unplaced scaffolds. This dataset is associated with NCBI BioProject PRJNA1491575, BioSample SAMN61464432 and GenBank genome submission SUB16315673.
