(2009)- automatized unfitted 0.5 degree pixelwise GAM Content - input_ files contain pre-processed datasets of FESOM2.1-REcoM3 run as detailed in Zeising et al. (under review with GMD) and building on the data publication of Zeising et al. (2025)- script_ files contain - pre-processing jupyter notebook for FESOM2.1-REcoM3 output - R scripts for the GAM retrieval processes in the three regions East Greenland Current (EGC), West Spitsbergen Current (WSC), and Laptev Sea LS) - R script for comparison of fitted GAM - R script for automatized pixelwise Arctic-wide GAM retrieval - R script plotting the resulting log likelihood contributions - R script for testing different locations in the three exemplary regions- output_ files contain computed log likelihood contributions out of GAM predicting TEP References - Wood, S.N.
