Answers to prompts related to leadership qualities that the 2023 PPLW workshop participants valued.Attached is the revised calculation of emotional intelligence for the two leadership questions.  In the excel file there are three tabs:1) Raw data - Sticky note images2) Sticky note images 3) Calculation Spreadsheet (table in red text is the overall calculation table).  Formulas are built in so you can modify the 1 or 2 and it will automatically recalculate.
