ASO Alu and L1 decay across gene deciles while exon density linearly increases.

Counts of antisense oriented L1 (L1, ASO), antisense oriented Alu (Alu, ASO), sense oriented L1 (L1, SO), sense oriented Alu (Alu, SO), and coding exons (Exon, CDS) were tabulated within all genes over the internal linear deciles (2nd–9th). Linear regression was performed on these counts to obtain the slope, R2, and F-test p-values.
