资源简介:
Cultivation of Azolla in water treatment ponds significantly enhances water conservation by reducing evaporation rates, improves water quality through pollutant and nutrient removal, and increases carbon sequestration capacity, thereby contributing to sustainable water and environmental management in arid ecosystems. The information provided here including Raw data Excel file along with Word file of variance analysis and mean comparison tables as well as gene expression graphs. The results from qRT-PCR and other parameters assays were analyzed using a complementary randomized design with five replications. Data from qRT-PCR were processed using StepOneTM Software v2.3, while analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted using SPSS (version 16.0, Chicago, IL), with mean comparisons performed using Duncan's test (p<0.05).
