对本公司加工的升降桌进行抽样检测，检测项目甲醛含量，甲醛含量是升降桌质量的重要指标，从而为升降桌质量分析评价提供事实依据。1.数据统计：随机抽取公司仓库的升降桌成品，从样品上取两台，分别称取1g，精确至0.001g。2.数据处理：2块试样分别进行检测， 按以下公式计算待测样品的甲醛含量： F=c×100÷m，F为样品中的甲醛含量，mg/kg， c为用校正吸光度通过标准曲线计算的甲醛浓度，μg/mL，m为试样的质量，g，取两次检测结果的平均值为试验结果3.905，公式如下：升降桌甲醛含量=（样品1中甲醛的含量+样品2中甲醛的含量）÷2，根据GB 18583-2008 《室内装饰装修材料 胶粘剂中有害物质限量规定的检出限为0.05mg/kg，判定该升降桌成品甲醛未检出，单项判定符合。3.数据应用：升降桌中游离甲醛含量的测定旨在检测升降桌中游离甲醛的含量，确保生产出的升降桌符合国家和国际的相关标准要求，同时也能够保障消费者的健康安全。
This dataset is developed based on sampling inspection of lift tables produced by our company, with formaldehyde content as the testing indicator. Formaldehyde content serves as a critical quality indicator for lift tables, providing factual basis for the quality analysis and evaluation of such products. 1. Data Statistics: Finished lift tables are randomly sampled from the company's warehouse. Two test specimens are taken from each sampled product, and 1g of each specimen is weighed with an accuracy of 0.001g. 2. Data Processing: The two test specimens are detected separately. The formaldehyde content of the test sample is calculated via the following formula: F = c × 100 ÷ m Where F represents the formaldehyde content in the sample, with the unit of mg/kg; c is the formaldehyde concentration calculated from the standard curve using corrected absorbance, with the unit of μg/mL; m is the mass of the test specimen, with the unit of g. The average of the two test results is taken as the final test result, which is 3.905. The specific calculation formula is: Formaldehyde content of lift tables = (Formaldehyde content in Sample 1 + Formaldehyde content in Sample 2) ÷ 2 Per GB 18583-2008 "Limit of Harmful Substances in Adhesives for Indoor Decoration Materials", the detection limit is 0.05 mg/kg. It is concluded that no formaldehyde was detected in the finished lift tables, and the single test item meets the standard requirements. 3. Data Application: The determination of free formaldehyde content in lift tables is intended to detect the level of free formaldehyde in such products, ensure that the manufactured lift tables comply with relevant national and international standard specifications, and protect the health and safety of consumers.
