This transcriptomic data aims to comprehensively elucidate the systemic gene effects of probiotic lactic acid bacteria pre-treatment in LPS-induced inflammatory model mice. By comparing differential gene expression in small intestinal tissue across groups, this study seeks to reveal key signalling pathways regulated by probiotic lactic acid bacteria intervention and identify critical genes. This will elucidate the biochemical basis of its anti-inflammatory action at the genetic level, thereby providing a reference framework for researchers in related fields.
