The genome sequences of the Klebsiella pneumoniae isolates and other gram-negative bacteria were obtained using Illumina sequencing by synthesis technology. Two genomes were additionally sequenced using ONT's nanopore sequencing. Genomes were assembled with shovill/SPAdes or Unicycler.
