Bulk RNA-Seq from kidneys of uninephrectomized db/db mice as a model of severe diabetic kidney disease

This dataset utilized uninephrectomized db/db mice and db/m mice as a control for comparison. We performed bulk RNA-seq studies at two time points (26 and 35 weeks of age) to identify the mechanism of severity of diabetic kidney disease.
