This paper introduces and formalizes the No-Ordered-Determinism Principle, which states that no probabilistic system admits ordered determinism — nor can it evolve into one — unless the probability of an outcome is exactly unity. In quantum mechanics, this excludes deterministic valuations on non-abelian operator algebras except for dispersion-free states. The work connects this principle with established no-go theorems (von Neumann, Gleason, Kochen–Specker, Bell), entropy-based constraints, and information-theoretic irreversibility. It extends the formulation to complete probabilistic systems where normalization is satisfied, and illustrates the principle through eight detailed examples, including entangled states (Bell, GHZ, W), mixed states (Werner, depolarized, maximally mixed), and classical limits. The results unify algebraic and information-theoretic perspectives, highlighting fundamental barriers to hidden determinism in quantum theory.
