为推动区域药品销售统一标准、协同监管、服务大众的信息化发展，通过构建闭环式药品信息化监管平台，利用互联网+、大数据和区块链等技术，通过区域内的医疗机构、药店的药品数据和医药处方数据，建立起面向患者、政府监管部门的智能化平台，实现医疗机构处方向区域内社会零售药店开放共享复用，打破医疗服务院内流转边界，实现就诊配药信息全程互享互通。

To promote the informatization development of unified standards, collaborative supervision and public-oriented services for regional pharmaceutical sales, a closed-loop pharmaceutical informatization supervision platform is constructed. By leveraging technologies such as Internet Plus, big data and blockchain, the platform integrates pharmaceutical data and medical prescription data from regional medical institutions and pharmacies, and builds an intelligent platform targeting patients and government regulatory authorities. The platform enables the open sharing and reuse of medical prescriptions from medical institutions by regional social retail pharmacies, breaks the circulation boundary of medical services within hospitals, and realizes full interconnection and mutual sharing of consultation and prescription dispensing information.
