Pharmaceutical M&A Database

This database contains a list of M&A deals involving branded drugs available in the US market that were on-patent at the time of the deal — company acquisitions, asset acquisitions (drugs or subsidiaries), and licensing deals. The information comes from publicly available press releases and other documents; links to all source documents are included in a companion file. See the README for variable definitions and coding notes.
