Development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 47-Neustadt 49 Hamburg

The Hamburg-Altstadt 47/Neustadt 49 development plan for the area covered by a continuous black line in the city centre of Hamburg (Hamburg-Mitte district, districts 101, 102, 105, 106, 107 and 108) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Port gate – Kuhberg – Venusberg – via hall 603 (Seewartenstraße) of the district Neustadt Süd – Neu-mayerstraße – Zeughausmarkt (west side) – via the corridors 1818 (Ludwig-Erhard-Straße) and 589 (Millerntor- damm) of the Neustadt Süd – Holstenwall – Johannes-Brahms-Platz – Gorch-Fock-Wall – Stephansplatz – Esplanade – via the hall 1207 (New Jungfernstieg) Neustadt Nord district – Lombard bridge – Bell caster wall – Steintorwall – Klosterwall – Deichtorplatz – Willy-Brandt-Straße – Dovenfleet – Zippelhaus – Katharinenkirchhof – At the Mühren – At the New Krahn – High Bridge – Kajen – Over the corridor 1674 (At the Old Orphanage) of the district Old Town South – Schaartor Bridge – Schaartor – Steinhöft – Baumwall – Presetting – St John’s Bollwerk. Excluded from the territory referred to in sentence 2 are those set out in Regulations M 5/06 of 5 September 2006 (Official Journal Note 2237) for the development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 38, M 2/10 of 19 March 2010 (Amtl. Annex 513) for the development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 42, M 4/03 of 30 April 2003 (Amtl.
