Anopheles coluzii ace-1 heterogenous duplication diversity

We investigated the diversity of ace-1 gene heterogenous duplications in natural populations of Anopheles coluzzii. We used informations from whole genome short read sequencing, sanger sequencing and ace-1 PCR product long read sequencing to identify the architecture, copy number and sequence identity. this showed that all duplication identified shared a same structure and resistant ace-1 copy, but with different linked S copies.
