Initial and final snapshots of enhanced sampling simulations of deformed bilayers, as well as the parameter input files for GROMACS and NAMD simulations. Each PDB file is named according to deformation type, lipid composition, applied lateral tension, and number of lipid molecules per leaflet. To reduce file size, solvent molecules were excluded and all snapshots of the same system (with a unique deformation, composition, and tension condition) zipped together.
