Study on the relationship between the structural changes of ureterostomy flora and urinary tract infection based on mNGS

This study is based on clinical culture, mNGS, combined with urinalysis and Inflammatory serum cytokines to reveal the changes of important pathogens and flora of UTI in patients with CU, and to explore how to have more basis to judge patients' UTI and analyze drug resistance in the case of CU, so as to provide reference for reducing the occurrence of infection and guiding the use of antibiotics.
