RNA-sequence facilitates analyze changes of P3 Plscr5 knockout mice

We report application of RNA-seq for transcriptomic analyses of cochlear tissues from wildtype and Plscr5 knockout mice to reveal gene expressions altered by Plscr5 knock out Cochlear tissues (3 each genotype) were collected from P3 Plscr5 knockout mice and wildtype mice and subjected to RNA-seq本研究报道了利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）对野生型与Plscr5敲除小鼠的耳蜗组织开展转录组分析的应用，旨在揭示Plscr5敲除所引发的基因表达变化。本研究采集了出生后第3天（P3）的Plscr5敲除小鼠与野生型小鼠的耳蜗组织，每种基因型各3份样本，随后对其进行RNA-seq测序。
