This study explores the feasibility of a prototype fusion energy system designed to generate 10 MW of sustainable power. The system integrates advanced mechanisms, including chiral currents, emergent magnetic monopoles, and phononic energy feedback, within a toroidal plasma confinement configuration enhanced by helical superconducting coils. The analysis incorporates magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) modeling, dynamic simulations of magnetic fields, and the impact of ultra-intense, ultra-short pulsed lasers optimized for minimal energy expenditure. Results demonstrate the prototype's ability to achieve higher economic efficiency compared to ITER TOKAMAK, with a benefit-to-cost ratio four times greater. These findings provide a pathway for practical implementation of next-generation fusion reactors.
