滴滴涕被广泛应用于农田,当雨水冲刷农田表面时,它可以被冲入河流、湖泊和地下水。滴滴涕可以残留在土壤中,对土壤生态系统产生影响,包括土壤中的微生物和土壤生物多样性。分别分析不同层的滴滴涕,可以全面了解土壤的质量、污染状况和环境特征,为土壤管理、项目建设和环境保护提供科学依据,有助于实现可持续农业和生态环境的保护与改善,为土壤样品分析评价提供事实依据,是判断土壤环境污染程度的重要指标。为历史情况相似地块提供数据参考。为监管部门提供依据。1、数据来源:土壤和沉积物 有机氯农药的测定 气相色谱-质谱法 HJ 835-2017对土壤进行土样采集检测。2、算法规则:按照如下公式进行计算:样品浓度=(样品查曲线值W-空白查曲线值)*定容体积V*稀释倍数D/取样量m/(干物质含量w/100)),公式中样品浓度单位为mg/kg;样品查曲线值及空白查曲线值单位为μg/mL;定容体积单位为mL;取样量单位为g,干物质含量单位为%。3、数据判定:根据《建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》(GB36600-2018)第一类用地风险筛选值进行判定,若滴滴涕浓度数据≤2.0mg/kg,则判定土壤中该指标浓度达标,反之则超标。4、数据应用:通过分析土壤中滴滴涕的浓度,我们可以判断该土壤中滴滴涕的达标情况,避免因该指标浓度含量高引起土壤的污染问题,为监管提供依据。

Dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) was widely applied to farmlands. When rainfall runoff washes over farmland surfaces, DDT can be carried into rivers, lakes and groundwater. DDT can persist in soil and exert impacts on soil ecosystems, including soil microorganisms and soil biodiversity. Analyzing DDT concentrations across different soil layers enables comprehensive characterization of soil quality, pollution status and environmental characteristics, providing scientific evidence for soil management, project construction and environmental protection. This facilitates the realization of sustainable agriculture and the protection and improvement of the ecological environment, offers factual basis for soil sample analysis and evaluation, serves as a critical indicator for judging the severity of soil environmental pollution, provides data references for plots with similar historical conditions, and supplies support for regulatory authorities. 1. Data Source: Soil samples were collected and tested in accordance with the Chinese Environmental Protection Industry Standard: Determination of Organochlorine Pesticides in Soils and Sediments by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (HJ 835-2017). 2. Algorithm Rules: Calculations shall be performed using the following formula: Sample concentration = (Sample curve lookup value W - Blank curve lookup value) × Fixed volume V × Dilution factor D / Sampling mass m / (Dry matter content w / 100). The unit of sample concentration is mg/kg; the units of both sample and blank curve lookup values are μg/mL; the unit of fixed volume is mL; the unit of sampling mass is g, and the unit of dry matter content is %. 3. Data Judgment: Judgments are made based on the Risk Screening Values for Soil Contamination in Construction Land (Trial Implementation) (GB 36600-2018) for Category 1 land use. If the measured DDT concentration is ≤ 2.0 mg/kg, the soil is deemed compliant with the standard for this indicator; otherwise, it is deemed non-compliant (exceeding the standard). 4. Data Application: By analyzing the concentration of DDT in soil, the compliance status of DDT in the soil can be determined, thereby preventing soil pollution caused by excessively high concentrations of this indicator, and providing a reliable basis for regulatory oversight.
