Moxifloxacin: Evaluation of effects on blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram and body temperature after single oral dosing in conscious telemetered cynomolgus monkeys (Macaca fascicularis)

N= 4 male Conscious telemetered Cynomolgus monkeys, dosed successively with moxifloxacine (12.5, 40, 120 mg/kg, p.o.). No PK performed. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR), lead II ECG (RR, PR, PQ, QT, QRS, QTcB and QTcF intervals), body temperature. All parameters were analysed before administration then 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hour and every hour over 24 hours after dosing.
