The goal of this study was to identify temporal changes to breast cancer cells as they adapt to the brain metastatic microenvironment. MDA-MB-231-tdTomato human breast cancer cells were injected into the carotid artery of Rag1-/- mice and dissected at 7 or 40 days post injection for RNA-sequencing. Overall design: 3 samples were analyzed at 7 days post injection, and 9 samples were analyzed at 40 days post injection
