We assess the epigenetic function of Setd5 in mouse neural stem cells (NSCs), by profiling a panel of histone modifications and Setd5 binding in wild type and Setd5 heterozygous NSCs. ChIP-seq for H3K4me3, H3K4me1, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K36me2, H3K36me3 in wild type and Setd5+/- NSCs and ChIP-seq for SETD5-V5 in wild type NSCs.
