We have isolated Bosea spongiae ANAM02 from a sponge in neritic waters of Okinawa prefecture in Japan. This strain shows drug-resistance to various kinds of antibiotics. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of Bosea spongiae ANAM02, and compare the sequences to those of related species.
