Most successful films in France 2023, by box office revenue

The latest installment of the Avatar franchise "Avatar: The Way of Water" was the most successful movie based on box office revenue in France as of 2023 with 63.68 million dollars for that year alone, about 157 million U.S. dollars in total. "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" and "Barbie" came in second and third position with a box office revenue amounting to 60.41 and 44.04 million dollars respectively.
