Dataset for: A new mechanism of sediment attachment to oil in turbulent flows: Projectile particles

The dataset includes prediction of penetration depth of a thin plate of particle in oil, particle size distribution, oil droplet size distribution of oil alone and in oil particle aggregates (OPAs), and oil trapping rate by OPAs.
