Enrichment analysis to examine whether there is a an enrichment in certain regions that associated with GA, or whether there is an enrichment of a certain direction of a t-statistic for associated CpG sites.

Note that each row in the table represents a Fisher’s exact test that tests for enrichment of associated or unassociated sites for the relevant category (e.g. CpG islands).
*NS indicates the p-value is not significant (p>.05).
