Belief Statements on COPM Use in Japan: A TDF-Based Qualitative Dataset

This dataset contains belief statements derived from qualitative interviews with Japanese occupational therapists, coded using the Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF).Original interview transcripts were first coded into the 14 TDF domains, and subsequently synthesized into belief statements representing therapists’ perspectives on factors influencing the use of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM) in clinical practice. The belief statements were further organized based on their frequency and relevance to identify key behavioural determinants.This dataset does not include raw interview transcripts and contains no personally identifiable information.Ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Ethics Committee of Tokyo University of Technology (Approval No. E22HS-005), and all participants provided written informed consent.
