Dataset for: Methodological Baseline for Probing Macroscopic Gravitational Symmetry Breaking via Radial Stress

This project investigates the phenomenological contribution of extreme internal radial stress to macroscopic gravitational potentials. Using a custom-engineered, actively damped, multi-tier torsion balance, the research team measured dynamic gravitational interactions induced by counter-rotating, high-density tungsten masses operating at angular velocities up to 5,462 rad/s. This dataset establishes a 'Stage 1' atmospheric methodological baseline, mapping the absolute metrological limits of the apparatus against systematic artifacts—such as low-frequency fluid dynamic Couette pressure—and defining the engineering prerequisites for future high-vacuum gravitational extractions.
