Replication data and code for a comparative study of public electric vehicle charging provision relative to registered battery electric fleets in Türkiye, Germany and the United Kingdom. The deposit contains the analysis matrices for 81 Turkish provinces, 400 German registration districts and 359 British local authorities; a district-level file of German battery electric, plug-in hybrid and total car registrations with the compliance ratio under Article 3(1) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1804; a Turkish provincial fleet panel for 2020-2025; a district-level Turkish infrastructure file for 973 districts; official centroid files for all three countries; the record-linkage crosswalk for Germany; and the R scripts that produce every table in the article, the spatial statistics and both figures. All underlying sources are public official statistics and registers, listed with reference dates, access dates and licences in the article's supplementary appendix. No file is under licence or confidentiality restriction. Author identification is withheld while the article is under review and will be restored on acceptance.
