资源简介:
Macrophages are immune cells inctributing to several kinds of diseases, and activation status of macrophages are considered to be regulated by several stimulations. To test the gene expression change in activated macrophages, human monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with alpha1-acid glycoprotein (AGP), anti-CD74 blocking antobody, anti-CD74-agonistic antibody. Macrophages infected with Micobacterium avium were also tested. The mRNA expression in control, stimulated, infected macrophages were analysed. Macrophages (200000 cells/well in 6-well plate) were stimulated with AGP(ORM1) (1mg/ml) and anti-CD74 antibodies (10mg/mL). Macrophages were infected with mycobacterium avium for 3 days and 7days. Based culture madium was DMEM/HamF12 medium supplemented with 10% FBS.
