Additional file 6: Table S4. KEGG Orthology (KO) detailed output. This analysis was applied at each time point for differentially over- and under-expressed genes. Resulting hierarchical text (Htext) was converted to tabulated excel file and KO assignments resumed on a Norway spruce pathway hierarchy model for each time point.
