Endometrial transcriptome and PGR cistrome in cycling fertile women [ChIP-seq]

We report the transcriptomic profile and PGR cistromic profile for endometrial biopsies obtained from fertile women during the proliferative and mid-secretory phase of the menstrual cycle RNA-seq analyses were conducted on whole-endometrium and epithelium during the proliferative and mid-secretory phases. In parallel, PGR ChIP-seq was conducted on whole endometrium during rhe proliferative and mid-secretory phases.
