Data from "Limited function of road verges as habitat for species connecting plant-bee networks in remnant semi-natural grasslands"

The data set contains data on plant-bee interactions, landscape variables around sampled sites and flower abundances needed to calculate the results in the publication: Henriksen et al. 2024 "Limited function of road verges as habitat for species connecting plant-bee networks in remnant semi-natural grasslands". The dataset consist of four datafiles and R code to run the analysis presented in the paper:
flower_abundances.csv - flower resources in semi-natural grasslands and road verges
landscape_variables.csv - variables describing the structure around focal semi-natural grasslands and coordinates of grasslands (UTM zone 33N)
plant_bee_pollen_interactions.csv - interactions between plants and bees in semi-natural grasslands and road verges identified from pollen carried on the body of the bees
plant_bee_visits - observed bee visits on plants in semi-natural grasslands and road verges
SNG_multi-layer_network.Rmd - R markdown file with code to quantify and visualize the multi-layer network and interaction turnover presented in the paper.
