Development plan Bramfeld 36 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the development plan Bramfeld 36 of 7 May 1968 (HmbGVBl. P. 108) is amended as follows: 1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Bramfeld 36 development plan” is added to the Regulation. 2. In the single paragraph, the following paragraph 3 is added: (3) In the commercial area, retail establishments shall be prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments and points of sale linked to mail order businesses. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive.
