Data and code for "Agroforestry Optimisation for Climate Policy: Mapping Silvopastoral Carbon Sequestration Trade-Offs in the Mediterranean"

This repository contains the R scripts that execute the full workflow for modeling the potential distribution of silvopastoral systems in the Mediterranean and quantifying their associated carbon sequestration potential. The maps are stored in the `maps/` directory, while R scripts used to generate and analyse them are located in the `scripts/` directory.
