This data set contains all data used for analyzing woody plant functional traits and phylogenetic signals correlate with urbanization in remnant forest patches. It has three parts: (1) Accession number that the study includes data from NCBI; (2) Phylogenetic tree files and (3) Functional trait data of recorded plants.
