1、数据统计：采集各类钢材及金属材料在青岛市的销售情况，对采集到数据进行分类、合并、累加，便于分析；2、数据分析：通过SUMIFS函数对相同类型商品销售额求和得到同类商品销售总额；通过SUM函数将数据统计范围内销售额求和得到总销售额；3、同类商品销售总额占总销售额的占比=同类商品销售总额/总销售额*100%；4、占比排名按同类商品销售总额占总销售额的占比从大到小进行排名；5、根据占比排名，对各类商品进行需求程度“高、中、低”的评价，定义占比排名前15名的产品需求程度为“高”，第16-30名的产品需求程度为“中”，第31名及以后的产品需求程度为“低”。"

2. Data Analysis: Use the SUMIFS function to sum the sales revenue of the same category of goods to obtain the total sales revenue of the category; use the SUM function to sum the sales revenue within the statistical scope to get the overall total sales revenue;
3. Proportion of total sales revenue of the same category in total sales revenue = (Total sales revenue of the same category / Total sales revenue) * 100%;
4. Proportion Ranking: Rank all commodities from largest to smallest based on their proportion in the overall total sales revenue;
5. Demand Level Evaluation: Evaluate the demand level of each commodity as "high", "medium" or "low" according to the ranking. Specifically, products ranked top 15 are defined as having "high" demand level, products ranked 16th to 30th are defined as having "medium" demand level, and products ranked 31st and beyond are defined as having "low" demand level.
